Behind the healing, Meet Alece
I’m Alece Coleman, a wife, mother of three, Licensed clinical social worker, and most importantly, a follower of Christ. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. I am licensed to practice in New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida.
My faith journey, like many, has been one of trial and discovery. Growing up in a Baptist church, I was exposed to Christianity but didn’t engage deeply as an adult. It wasn’t until my husband and I recommitted our lives to Christ that I felt the Holy Spirit calling me to put God first, not only in my personal life but in my professional work as well.
In my clinical work, I saw firsthand that some healing goes beyond therapy. It is a work of the Holy Spirit. Becoming a therapist was a natural step, but learning to walk with Jesus while integrating clinical practice with Spirit-led guidance has been a new and sometimes challenging journey.
As both a believer and a clinician, I am passionate about offering clinical counseling that is firmly rooted in both sound theology and evidence-based treatment. To that end, I created the G.R.A.C.E. Framework™, a Christ-centered approach to healing anxiety, depression, and managing life’s stress.
I’m so grateful you’re here, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope.
