Hey, I’m Alece.

I offer virtual Christian-centered counseling for women, men, and teens seeking healing, purpose, and renewed hope.”

My Approach

My Therapy Style

At Coleman Therapy Collective, I combine Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) with biblical principles to support your emotional and spiritual well-being. IPT is a gentle, evidence-based approach that focuses on how life changes, stress, and relationships impact your mental health. Whether you are adjusting to new family roles, dealing with social pressures, or working through grief, IPT helps you explore these challenges in a structured, supportive way. Together we will find healthier ways to communicate, relate to others, and move forward.

Who I Help

I work with women, men, and teens who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in burnout, or weighed down by depression. You might be a teen trying to figure out where you belong, a professional worn out by constant demands, or a parent quietly grieving how life has shifted. In our sessions, you will learn practical tools to manage difficult emotions, build stronger connections, and develop new patterns that bring hope and healing.

Who Virtual Therapy Is For

Virtual therapy is ideal for busy women, men, and teens who want convenient, accessible counseling from the comfort of home. Whether you have a hectic schedule, limited local options, or prefer privacy, virtual sessions fit easily into your life.

Virtual Therapy

What to Expect in Virtual Sessions

In virtual therapy, you’ll experience the same compassionate, professional care as in-person counseling. Using a secure, confidential platform, we connect through video or phone to explore your challenges, build coping skills, and grow in faith and emotional health.

How to Get Started

Starting virtual therapy is simple. After a brief intake, you’ll schedule sessions that work for you. Whether it’s your first time in counseling or a return to therapy, I’ll support you every step with warmth, respect, and a faith-centered approach.
